Each of these events bring their own unique challenges such as the geographic location the large operational footprint, extensive road closures and traffic management measures and include not only royalty but lists of celebrities as well as some of the most recognizable brand names on the market.
When attending such major events, it is of paramount importance to EGRM that our client’s reputation and brand are kept to the forefront of all operational planning and considerations. We as a company are there to not only ensure a comprehensive risk management plan is developed but also communicated and adhered to for the duration of the event. Working as one with the event planning team, family office and indeed the clients themselves we continually strive to stay ahead of any instances or likelihood of a security related situation taking place. Unfortunately, such events are becoming a more common occurrences and incidences are now as high as they have been in many years.
We have recently finished supporting a major client at the 2024 Goodwood festival of speed where there was in excess of 240.000 attendees, many multiple millions of Euros in supercars, displays, branding and stock, an active flight line with helicopters landing and taking off every 60 seconds, the Fabulous Red Arrow display team delivering their display overhead each day and numerous fireworks displays. Strict adherence to protocols and real time operational support delivered from our state of the art operations room allowed us to successfully deliver on another awesome task.
We continue to look forward to supporting clients at a number of other major international events in the coming weeks such as the 152nd Open and the Olympics in France in tandem to these events we will continue to provide secure transportation, media backwatch, training, CP and EP support to new and existing clients.
